Welcome to ShoreVue Photography. By accessing this website and purchasing digital photographic files, you agree to be bound by the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before completing any transaction.

All content on this website—including but not limited to images, text, graphics, logos, and digital downloads—is the exclusive property of ShoreVue Photography and is protected by United States and international copyright laws. Your purchase of a digital file represents a license to use the image, not a transfer of ownership.

Upon receipt of payment, ShoreVue Photography grants the purchaser a Non-Exclusive, Non-Transferable, Perpetual Personal Use License for the purchased digital file(s).

• Permitted Uses:
  • Printing the image for personal display in a home or private office.
  • Using the image as a personal digital wallpaper or background.
  • Making backup copies of the file for personal archival purposes.
• Prohibited Uses (Strictly Enforced):
  • No Resale: You may not resell, lease, or redistribute the digital file or any physical prints made from the file.
  • No Commercial Use: You may not use the image for advertising, marketing, or any for-profit endeavor.
  • No Alteration: You may not edit, manipulate, or create derivative works from the image (e.g., using it in a composite or AI-training set) without express       written consent.
  • No Sub-licensing: You may not transfer this license to a third party.

You acknowledge that this is a non-exclusive license. ShoreVue Photography retains the right to sell the same image file to multiple customers and to use the image for its own promotional, commercial, or artistic purposes.

All "preview" images, thumbnails, and gallery displays on this website are protected by digital watermarks and/or metadata. Any unauthorized downloading, "screen-grabbing," or removal of watermarks from this website is a violation of federal copyright law and will be subject to legal action.

Photographic imagery products for purchase are original works by the owner/photographer and not generated with AI. Images have been enhanced using standard photo editing tools for cropping and digital lightwork. AI was used to create the display of photographic works to show the setting in rooms of a house.

Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final. Once a download link has been generated or a file has been delivered, no refunds or exchanges will be issued. ShoreVue Photography guarantees that files are delivered at the resolution specified at the time of purchase.

ShoreVue Photography is not responsible for the quality of prints produced by third-party labs or for any loss of data occurring after the file has been successfully downloaded by the customer.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in the courts of Carteret County, NC.
